How to Beat The Sand Serpent Queen

The Sand Serpent Queen is a massive, burrowing creature found in the heart of the Whispering Wastes. She relies on area-of-effect attacks and poison.

Phases & Attacks:

1. Phase 1 (100%-60% Health):
   • Burrow & Emerge: Dives underground and emerges, dealing AoE damage. Watch for the sand ripple.
   • Poison Spit: Spits multiple poison projectiles in a cone. Dodge to the side or behind cover.
   • Tail Swipe: A wide, fast tail attack if you're too close.
2. Phase 2 (60%-0% Health):
   • Gains 'Acidic Aura', dealing minor poison damage to anyone nearby.
   • Sand Vortex: Creates a swirling vortex of sand that pulls you in and deals damage. Sprint away from the center.
   • Summon Sandlings: Summons small, fast-moving Sandlings. These are annoying and can apply poison.

Weaknesses & Strategy:

• Weakness: Vulnerable to Ice damage.
• Vanguard: Use a shield to mitigate poison spit. Focus on dodging the burrow and vortex. Use 'Whirlwind' to clear Sandlings.
• Shadowblade: High mobility is key. Dodge through her attacks and use 'Shadow Step' to avoid the vortex. Focus on critical hits to her head when she emerges.
• Arcanist: Keep maximum distance. Use 'Ice Shard' and 'Blizzard' to slow and damage her. 'Frost Nova' is excellent for dealing with Sandlings or creating space.
