Walkthrough

Head towards the objective marker.

Eliminate the two Klixen (mechanical spider-like creatures) in your path.

In the next area, defeat another Klixen followed by three Varren (dog-like creatures).

As you move around the junk, you will see two Vorcha Blood Pack (enemy faction) behind a barrier.

Continue up the ramp behind them.

At the top of the ramp, face a group of four Blood Pack.

Move further along to encounter a Warrior with two Varren.

Two Blood Pack Pyro (fire-wielding enemies) will approach from the west.

Around the next corner, there will be two more Pyro, plus three Blood Pack further back.

After defeating them, collect the Combustion Manifold.

Bypass the door to enter the hospital.
