Alright, let's jump into Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy! Chapter 1, titled "A Risky Gamble," is where things really kick off after Peter Quill gets himself together. You'll start by getting control of Star-Lord in his room. If you're a fan of classic comics, keep an eye out for a Dazzler poster – a cool little nod!

After leaving Peter's room, you'll chat with Groot and Rocket. You'll have a few dialogue choices here, like reassuring Groot, teasing him, or just staying quiet. Don't sweat these decisions; they don't actually change anything in the game.

Next, head up to the cockpit for a quick scene with Gamora. Then, it's time to interact with your chair to move things along. You'll need to punch in a code on your console: 0-4-5-1. This code gets you into the Quarantine Zone.

Once you land and get control on the ground, the game will walk you through using Peter's visor. This is super important because it highlights interactive objects. Look for yellow glowing things – those are usually destructible and often hide valuable components. You'll find these everywhere, so I won't point them out individually anymore, but always keep an eye out!

Just as you start, look to your left. You'll spot a yellow crate containing the Nano-Resin Incident Report, which adds to your Archive. Keep moving forward down the linear path, heading through the wreckage of a destroyed fuselage. After a short scene, follow Rocket.

As you continue following Rocket, you'll have more chances to chime in during conversations. Again, these dialogue inputs don't really matter, so just go with what feels right.

Follow Rocket up a ledge. You'll need to use your Double-Jumps to clear some bigger gaps. If you just barely make a jump and grab the edge, you'll need to mash a button quickly (a Quick Time Event, or QTE) to pull yourself up. Don't worry if you mess this up; you'll just respawn nearby.

Keep following the path, engaging with the banter if you like. When you reach the bottom of a slide, stop and look to your left. You'll see a ledge below. Drop down onto it and crawl through the opening. Follow this path, and you'll find a pink crate. Inside is the Costume: Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) for Rocket! Head back up the way you came, then go through the small, round hatch.

Once through the hatch, go left. At the end of that short path, you'll find another Archive entry called Pride and Fall. Head back and take the other route. Follow Rocket and Groot across another gap, down a slide, and across another gap. Some metal debris will fall, revealing some brittle material you can shoot through. Blast it to clear the way and jump up.

Look to your left, and you'll see some insect-like creatures in a hive. Shoot it down to start
