Mission 5-4

You'll start on a Bowser Castle track. Your main goal is to drive through 10 gates in the order they appear.

Immediately after starting, try to drift through the first gate. Use a power slide to set yourself up for the boost pad on the left, which will help you hit the second gate.

Power slide around the next corner and aim for the third gate. Keep an eye on the Thwomp; if it's currently down, you'll need to wait for it to rise or find a way around.

During the first jumping section, hitting the boost pad on the far left is ideal. From there, move to the right to pass straight through gate 4. This is a big time saver. If you can manage a tight turn, you might be able to hit the boost pad on the right instead.

In the second jumping part, position yourself towards the middle of the track, then shift right to ensure you pass through gates 5 and 6.

As you approach the next grated section of the track, you'll see a pit. Instead of trying to hop over it to reach gate 7, aim to go *through* it. Use the boost pads located to the left after the pit.

Steer around the subsequent jumps and carefully maneuver through gate 8, which should be ahead of you.

Power slide around the upcoming corner. Use the mini-turbo you build up to blast through gate 9.

Continue straight from gate 9 to reach gate 10. Just be mindful of any Thwomps that might be in your path and try to avoid their crushing blows.
