Walkthrough

From the start, return down the stairs and enter the door to the right, facing an Infected enemy. Practice your weapon and shield combination to defeat it.

Move down the hallway to the right, and as you reach the corner, put your shield up to defend against another Infected.

Go down the short set of stairs and eliminate the pair of Infected, trying to attack them one at a time.

Look along the left-hand wall for bookcases. Destroy them to reveal a half-open gate. Run at the gate and roll beneath it to find a chest containing an Empty Bottle (adds an additional potion slot).

Clear the pair of Infected from the small open area to the left, then look behind the bookcases for a hidden area.

Return up the stairs and ignore the opening to your left for now. Follow the walkway to the end, kill the Infected, and acquire another Audio Note (Infested I: The Sick).

Head back to the opening near the top of the stairs and go through the corridor. Kill the Infected at the far end and go down the stairs.

At the end of the short hallway, approach the red shard. The corpses on the ground will come to life; defeat both of them to grab the Giant Key.

Back up the stairs, grab the Audio Note (The Rhogar II: Monk Notes) ahead and continue around the corner.

Kill the Infected here and note the Loot Crystal #1. It is currently inactive and will become active after defeating the associated boss.

Climb the stairs opposite the Loot Crystal to find a Marauder enemy. Lure the Marauder back down to the room with Loot Crystal #1 to fight it with more space.

After killing the Marauder, climb the stairs. At the top, you'll find an Energy Shard.

Fight the Marauder to the left, then drop down to the room below to reunite with Kaslo.

Drop from the broken railing to the floor below and speak with Kaslo. Choose the “Support Me” option to have him re-fill your potions.

After the conversation, open the door behind Kaslo for a cut-scene.

Tips

Infected Combat Strategy: They are fast but their combos are predictable. Dodge the first blow and land a few melee shots before they recover. They are vulnerable to fire magic. Some Infected may feign death; watch for the XP notification to confirm a permanent kill.
Marauder Combat Strategy: Marauders have telegraphed attacks. Be patient, lure them into attacking, and strike once or twice while they recover. The overhead slam offers the largest attack window.
