    Go to the southwestern corner near the rubble. Interact with the electrical object to unlock the large door back to the First District.

    In the First District, examine the mailbox and then the item beneath it. Choose to enter the Post Office.

    Proceed through the Post Office to a large open room. Fight the enemies and look around. A chest containing a Potion is located near the large, red northwestern structure.

    Follow the path indicated by the conveyor belt and ascend the southwestern stairs. Jump onto the blue rail and cross to the other side to find a chest with an Ice Dream Cone.

    Ride the blue rail, then the yellow rail. At the end of the yellow rail, descend to a ledge with a chest containing a Troubling Fantasy.

    Ride the blue and yellow rails back. When the yellow rail runs parallel to the green rail, jump onto the green rail.

    Ride the green rail north, then jump and move backward. On the northeastern ledge, open the chest for a Paint Gun (Red x10).

    Return to the bottom and retrace your steps. When riding the yellow rail, jump onto the ledge behind the signs. Defeat the enemies, then use the Reality Shift Slingshot to break the large box into smaller ones near the wall, revealing a chest with a Vibrant Fantasy.

    Continue back along the green rail. While riding west from the northeast, jump and boost from the top of the incline to reach a large chest containing a Spark.

    Ride the green rail normally west and north to the Save Point. Use it, then proceed north to the next area.

    In Fountain Plaza, use the Slingshot Reality Shift with a barrel near the crates stacked along the western wall to knock them down, revealing a chest with an Intrepid Figment.

    In the stony path area, enter the eastern alley and open the chest for a Balloon.

    Proceed north. Before heading east, use Flowmotion to reach the northeast rooftop for a chest containing a Rampant Fantasy.
