Learn about the A-Grav Zoomer and Flut-Flut Bird in Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy. Discover how to use their abilities and where to find them.

There are two vehicles available in Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy. The first is the A-Grav Zoomer, which functions similarly to a hovercraft. It moves significantly faster than Jak and can jump much farther distances. The Zoomer can also withstand more heat than Jak. While riding the A-Grav Zoomer, you press X to accelerate and L1/R1 to jump. You can still collect Eco while riding it, with Blue Eco providing a helpful speed boost. You will use the A-Grav Zoomer in the following areas: Misty Island, Fire Canyon, Precursor Basin, Mountain Pass, and the Lava Tube.

The second vehicle is the Flut-Flut Bird, a creature you will save early in the game. While riding the Flut-Flut Bird, you can cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) larger distances by pressing X while jumping to glide. The Flut-Flut Bird's super-strong beak can also destroy metal chests. After being rescued in Sandover Beach, the Flut-Flut Bird can be found in Boggy Swamp and Snowy Mountain.
