Walkthrough
- 1From the Stag Station, exit upwards and head left. Break the fake wall.
- 2In the hidden room, use Super Dash to pass through the spike-covered passage and exit at the top.
- 3Defeat all enemies in the area. The gates will close until all are vanquished.
- 4Head right to pick up the Glowing Womb Charm.
- 5Return to the fake wall and exit the screen to the left, back into False Knight's room.
- 6Break the fake wall on the top right side.
- 7Use the Dream Nail on the spirit of the Failed Champion.
- 8After defeating the Failed Champion, take the Stag to the Resting Grounds.
- 9Visit the Seer to obtain the Awoken Dream Nail ability and the last Mask Shard.
- 10Take the Stag back to King's Station.
- 11Head towards the Ancient Basin and take the top-left exit towards the Royal Waterways.
- 12Locate the platform to your left, dive below it, and prepare for a boss fight.
- 13Use the Dream Nail on the spirit of the White Defender.
- 14Exit the screen to the right, proceed to the bottom, and then exit left towards the Ancient Basin.
Tips
- Failed Champion: This boss is faster than the False Knight. Attacks deal 2 Masks of damage. Dodge by double jumping and using Shade Cloak if necessary. Focus attacks when the boss is down.
- White Defender: This Dream Boss has faster attacks and a new wave-like dirt spike attack. Use Shade Cloak to dodge. You can use Fragile Charms (like Fragile Strength and Fragile Heart) without fear of breaking them, as losing to a Dream Boss does not break them. Fragile Strength and Mark of Pride are recommended. This boss has high health, so focus on dealing consistent damage.
