    After the initial cutscene, position yourself between Mr. Peterson's house and Nicky Roth's house. Witness Mr. Peterson locking a door in his basement and catching you. The key is on the second floor of his house.

    Spawn in front of your house. Enter your house and collect 3-4 boxes from the room under the stairs.

    Place two boxes on the shelf to the left of Mr. Peterson's porch, then jump onto them and then onto the roof.
