After the initial cutscene, position yourself between Mr. Peterson's blue house and your turquoise house.

You'll witness a cutscene where Mr. Peterson locks a door and then spots you. He uses a red key, which you'll later find on the second floor of his house.

You respawn in front of your house. Go inside and collect 3-4 closed boxes from the room under the stairs.

Climb onto the shelf to the left of Mr. Peterson's porch. Place two boxes on the shelf, then jump onto them and then onto the roof.

Jump onto the section of the roof over the porch, then onto the section to the left of the white wooden pieces.

Throw a box at one of the two windows to break it, allowing you to enter.

Inside, on your left, you'll see a large flower painting. Remove it to reveal a hole in the wall.

Jump through the hole, turn around, and take the key to Mr. Peterson's car.

Use the yellow key on the yellow lock.

Go to Mr. Peterson's car and open the trunk to find the electromagnet.

Go to the back of the house, gather 4 boxes, and build a staircase next to the small, opened window.

Using the electromagnet, retrieve the lockpick.

Enter the house and proceed to the end of the hallway. Use the lockpick to enter the room on your right (Storage Room).

Grab the wrench and open the ladder in the backyard.

Climb the ladder and jump through the hole in the roof.

Take the red key, go to the living room, and use it to open the basement door.

Tips

The red key Mr. Peterson uses is located on the second floor of his house.
You can use the electromagnet to retrieve the lockpick from a difficult-to-reach spot.
The wrench is needed to open the backyard ladder.
