Alright, let's dive into Part 33 of our Hades guide. We're talking about the Aspect of Lucifer, and honestly, it's a bit of a mixed bag. The main Attack beam just doesn't pack the punch you'd expect, especially compared to the Special. Trying to build up its 'clip' for ramp effects is a long shot, and even then, the damage isn't all that impressive. Forget about percentage-based damage boons; they just don't work well here. The weapon also takes too long to start firing, making it unreliable for quick damage or status effects.

If you're determined to make the beam work, your best bet is to try and mimic the Aspect of Zagreus's Attack. This means combining boons like Flash Fire, Infinity Chamber, and Lightning Strike, and hoping you can take enemies out with chain lightning before they even reach you. Honestly though, any of these upgrade slots would be better used for Greater Inferno.

Now, the Aspect of Lucifer, much like the Aspect of Rama we discussed earlier, has Attack and Special moves that aren't inherently bad on their own. The beam is… well, it's not great. But the main issue is that they don't really play well together to create a solid attack strategy. However, unlike Rama, Lucifer's spammable attack is pretty reliable, and importantly, enemies don't have a clear counter to it. It's kind of wild that the weapon's most effective strategy comes from what seems like a secondary effect of its Special – the explosion! You upgrade the explosion by spending Titan Blood, not the pulsing beam, which really says something about how unique this Aspect is. But hey, I've managed a Perfect Clear on 32 Heat with it, so the payoff can be absolutely incredible if you get the right boon setup.

Recommended Complementary Upgrades: Greater Inferno, Triple Bomb, Targeting System.

Recommended Boons: Focus on Special boons that boost percentage damage and apply status effects (think Demeter, Aphrodite, Artemis, Athena). Swift Flourish from Hermes is great for increasing the Special's pulse rate. Hyper Sprint is also useful. For the last slot, consider Lightning Strike or Divine Strike – whatever you need to complete a Duo boon.
