Part 5

Break the yellow block blocking the path.

Proceed upwards past a fork, taking the upper path.

Defeat the 2 Tropas and 1 Lanzador.

Continue right and up, defeating the 2 Armadillo Rodandos and 1 Flor de Lengua.

Go left into a room where you must drop through a platform into a portal and use the Rooster Uppercut to land on the next platform.

Pass a shop and climb a shaft upwards.

Go left, as going up is a dead end.

Traverse the walljump-and-portal room: enter a dead portal, slide down the left wall, jump through a living portal, jump across to the left wall, jump through a dead portal, jump across to the left wall, jump through a living portal, jump across to a dead portal, and jump up to the left.

In the next room, defeat the 2 Lanzadors and 2 Aluxes.

Break the yellow block for a Heart Chunk.

Break the red block that was blocking the up fork.

Return to the fork and go up.

After a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) with X'tabay, enter the arena and defeat: 1 Esqueleto Rápido, 1 Armadillo Rodando, then 4 Esqueleto Tropas, 2 Armadillo Rodandos, and finally 1 Esqueleto Gigantes with 2 Armadillo Rodandos (the Gigante appears when 2 enemies remain).

Move left and up, going through the yellow block.

Continue upwards, avoiding a portal if you are in the dead world, and Uppercut to the treasure chest. You can do this by dropping from above, ideally after defeating the Gigante.

In the level above the Gigante, defeat the 2 Armadillo Rodandos (one living only, one dead only).

Climb the next platforms by jumping through portals and Uppercutting.

Reach stairs on the right, climb them to a shop, and head upwards.

At the top of the temple, flip to the living world. After a cutscene with the Alebrije, run to the right and jump up the shaft.

Drop through platforms, ignore the Tropas, and go through the yellow block.

Wait on the larger bricks for the Alebrije to break them, allowing you to drop down.

Climb up the blocks and use the two portals to progress, breaking blocks and avoiding enemies.

Wait for the Alebrije to break something else so you can jump up more platforms.

Reach the top, break the last yellow block, wait for the opening, and touch the golden axe to dunk the Alebrije into the lava.

After X'tabay storms off, drop down the shaft to collect two treasure chests and a Heart Chunk.

Go left, break through yellow blocks, and reach the room with the Olmec Head. Use it to warp to Santa Luchita.

Go to Combo Chicken's Gym and complete the three combo challenges for $750: AAA S; AA^AJA A^SS; AAA^SAAAS. Getting the Headbutt hits requires knocking Poncho into a wall or hitting him with the attack's shockwave.

Head right to Hernando's and interact with Flame Face to receive $15.

Jump down into the basement and use the Frog Slam (obtained from Uay Chivo via the Choozo Statue) to break through the green block in the floor.

Continue through green blocks, optionally breaking barrels if you have no heart or a sense of humor.

Turn right to get a $500 chest, then turn left to escape the bar's basement.

Jump upwards, above the gym, and go right past the sign that says "Desert ->" to enter Desierto Caliente.

Defeat the 2 Chupacabras and 2 Flors de Fuego.

Go right for a treasure chest.

Pound through green blocks to enter an arena and defeat: 2 El Cacti, then 1 Esqueleto Rápido and 3 El Cacti.

Go right and defeat two Armadillos (one Rodando, one Salto) in front of an El Cactus and a Chupacabra.

Continue right until you can no longer proceed, then drop down through the green block into the underground.

Go right past the store and enter an arena to defeat: 1 Flor de Fuego, then 2 Flors de Fuego and 2 Esqueleto Tropas.
