2. Kubelik and Wise, Attorneys at Law letter - Attached to a Will and Testament leaving his estate to Terrence L. Greenbriar Jr. Dated August 13, 1973. Found inside the top drawer of the filing cabinet in Dad's Office (requires a code to unlock).
3. Letter to Terrence Greenbriar - Typewritten envelope, letter in Oscar's handwriting. Dated 1972. Found in the left drawer of the desk in Dad's Office. Remove and discard the ring binder first, then check the drawer again to reveal the letter. It mentions Terrence's recent marriage and his welcome at Arbor Hill, with a comment about not having met for 10 years.
4. Scrap of Paper: Masan's Pharmacy - Contains the code 1-96-3 for Oscar's safe. Found on the floor at the secret door to the Guest Room, accessed by flipping a hidden switch in the Guest Room closet ceiling.
