    As you approach the cave opening, Bartz will notice that Boko must have gone into the cave after you.

    Inside the cave, you can learn the Blue Magic spell, Vampire, from a Steal Bat (Level 2, 20 HP).

    Make your way through the cave to the Pirates' Hideout.

    Talk to the pirates; they will inform you that Boko was injured and they are taking care of him.

    This leads to where the pirates sleep, and where you will find Boko. A doctor states he will be fine and just needs rest.

    Exit through the door on the right to talk to one more pirate.

    Exit the cave and return to the ship. Sail north and enter the Torna Canal.
