    Reach the marker at the top of the Dam. After a conversation, the objective shifts west and to the bottom.

    Descend to the marked cave, interact with the crate to restock C4000, and exit.

    Turn right to face the dam. Tag enemies: two snipers halfway up and 6-8 regulars at the lower level.
