Walkthrough
- 1Start by grabbing the Super Shotgun directly in front of you.

- 39From the starting point, take the eastern opening again and follow the blood trail to the outdoor area with the blood column.
- 40Take the grey stone lift back up to the upper area.
- 41Open the blue door. Stay behind it and take pot shots at the numerous enemies until they are all dead.
- 42Enter the first 'bowl'-shaped segment of the room, grabbing Stimpacks and dropped weapons.
- 43Proceed towards the passage opposite the door.
- 44Take out enemies at the bottom of the stairs and at the top of the big lift from a safe distance.

- 52Explore the water-floored areas they occupied for Large Cell Ammo Packs and a Partial Invisibility sphere.
- 53Take the lift opposite the one you first came down.
- 54This leads up to an outdoor area laden with pillars.
- 55Turn left and head for the large opening in the wall, where an Arch-Vile is present.
