Part 14

Start by moving counter-clockwise around the walkway. Hack the Automated Turret Gun you encounter to assist with troops near the generator.

Continue towards the objective on the upper walkways. Eliminate the CELL defender near the console that controls the bridge and use it to lower the bridge. Hack the Automated Turret Gun below.

Cross the bridge, staying cloaked to deal with the CELL troopers guarding the Command Center's entrance. Interact with the hatch to enter.

Inside, Claire needs your assistance at a console. Learn about the Alpha-Ceph's plan to use Archangel's energy discharge to open a wormhole to M33 for a massive invasion, with Rasch as a catalyst and Claire a victim of his betrayal. The Alpha-Ceph has initiated Stage 3.

Prepare for the mission by restocking arrows and ammo. Move through the wreckage and find an DSG-1 sniper rifle near some crates.

Use cloak and proceed to the overlook. Tag the Ceph patrolling near the cannon. The battery, not the cannon, is your destination.

Continue to the right, jump into the ruins, and proceed ahead. Kick the sofa out of the doorway and use the zipline across.

Use the Predator Bow to take down the nearby Ceph and acquire its Bolt Rifle. Tag and eliminate Ceph on opposing structures with the Bolt Rifle. Hack the Weapons Pod.

Locate the ledge below, activate armor mode, and drop down. Recharge energy behind the twisted metal, then armor up and drop to the street.

Cross the street into the shadow of the structure with the artillery to avoid detection. Watch for a Ceph Turret Gun deployment, stay cloaked, and hack it, disable it with an electric arrow, or evade it.

Skirt clockwise around the structure to find a circular conduit leading into the ruined structure. Use Nanovision to locate a smaller conduit on the left and enter it.

Crouch and move through the conduit into the structure's interior. Stay cloaked and eliminate the Ceph inside. Hack the Turret Gun on the ledge outside to assist.

Go up the concrete incline near the ammo crate to locate the battery. Eliminate the Ceph in the upper area using ranged fire or the Bow. Check their dropped weapons and power jump to the level above.

Access the battery by going up an incline and through a doorway. Approach it to momentarily disable it. Psycho will then destroy the cannon with his VTOL.

Use your visor to locate the remaining two cannons. A Ceph ship will deploy more enemies. Eliminate them before proceeding to the unit on the right.

Stay on high ground to tag remaining Ceph below and snipe them from elevated cover. If you lack a sniper rifle, use cloak and get closer for the Bow or another silenced weapon. Move through or around elevated ruins. Grab a Pinch Rifle if available.

After a transmission about the white hole and crossing an open area, a Secondary Mission to scout a crashed VTOL site will activate. This optional mission leads off to the right, through shallow water towards a distant building.
