Forget the old linear way; MW2's Battle Pass is now a map, and you'll be moving around it to grab your rewards.

Here's the lowdown: you start at tile A-1. To get to the BAS-P, you'll want to head two tiles to the right, landing on A6. If the Victus XMR is more your style, you'll need to go three tiles up from the start, which puts you on A7.

Now, how do you actually move on this map? You need Battle Pass tier skips. You earn these just by playing the game. Each tile you want to clear requires 5 tier skips. So, to get both the BAS-P and the Victus XMR, you're looking at needing a total of 30 tier skips. The BAS-P is a bit quicker to get to, needing 15 tier skips total from the start, while the Victus XMR will require 20 tier skips from the beginning.

Once you've unlocked the base weapons, if you're a premium Battle Pass owner, you can keep pushing further into the map to grab some sweet blueprints. The BAS-P has a blueprint called the 'Tokoloshe' on tile A20, which is apparently built for better sight, faster aiming, and quicker sprint speed. For the Victus XMR, its 'Basileus' blueprint is waiting on A-15, and it's kitted out for thermal targeting and increased bullet velocity. Remember, these blueprints are for premium users only; free-to-play folks will just get the base weapons.
