The main game world of Axiom Verge is divided into 9 separate areas. The area called Indi primarily functions as a fast travel hub later in the game. Throughout your journey, you will find numerous powerups, upgrades, and weapons to collect. To help you track your progress, the game displays two colored dots in the top right of your screen (on the HUD (heads-up display — the on-screen icons showing health, ammo and the minimap) - Heads-Up Display) once you have fully explored an area. A purple dot signifies that you have explored 100% of that area's map. A yellow dot indicates that you have collected everything within that specific area.
