Initial Objectives & Walkthrough Steps

Upon starting the DLC, you'll find yourself in a new, snow-dusted exterior zone adjacent to the Mendeleev Complex. Your immediate goals are:

1. Reach the Mendeleev Complex Entrance:
   • Follow the designated objective marker on your HUD. The path is largely linear, but keep an eye out for patrolling LAB-TECH bots and dormant VOV-A units.
   • Strategy: Conserve ammunition early on. Utilize stealth takedowns on isolated LAB-TECHs. For VOV-A units, a well-placed shot to their optical sensor with your Fox melee weapon can often disable them without expending precious bullets.
   • Looting: Scavenge all containers and defeated enemies for Neuropolymers, Cartridges, and Repair Kits. These resources are scarcer in the early stages of the DLC.
2. Activate the Main Gate Controls:
   • The complex entrance is secured by a reinforced gate. You'll need to locate the control panel.
