First up, as Leo, walk over to the door and hide behind it. Meanwhile, Vincent needs to call the nurse. He does this by pressing the button on the nightstand next to his bed.

The nurse will come down the hall and go into Vincent's room to talk to him. While they're chatting, you, as Leo, need to slip out of hiding and make your way down the hall to the corner. Vincent needs to keep the conversation going to make sure she stays put, so just pick either dialogue option that pops up.

You can't get past the corner yet because a guard is still there. He'll eventually get his water and walk away. The moment he does, Leo needs to dart out from behind the corner and head down the hall. Your next hiding spot is behind the wall near the room where the guard is sitting at his desk.

Now, Vincent has to get that guard away from his desk. You can do this by throwing the glass of water on the nightstand. The nurse will get up to pick it up. More importantly, Vincent needs to interact with the glass window behind his bed.

Vincent banging on the window will make the guard jump up and look away from his desk. This is Leo's cue! Quickly walk past the guard's room and grab the tool. The worker will turn away, and the guard will head back down the hall.

Once you've got the tool, a quick cutscene plays. When you regain control, head back down the hall. Leo needs to get back into bed. The nurse should be busy with Vincent, either facing him or the sink.

To make sure Leo can get back into bed without being seen, Vincent needs to keep the nurse occupied. Tell her you have pain and a headache – this will get her to move to the sink, giving Leo the opening he needs.
