Walkthrough
  1. 1
Chapter 1 - A Legend Returns (Kiryu): Kiryu returns to Kamurocho. Explore the city, visit New Serena to advance the story, and use taxis to return to Nagasugai. New minigames are available in Tokyo. If Sosuke Komaki's training is complete, visit Ryugujo (east of the Batting Center) to find him and his grandson; return multiple times to fight them and increase your level cap to 25. The IF8R is available in the theater basement; invest 200,000 yen to gain Soul Points for skills. Go to New Serena, then Stardust, then the lot behind Public Park 3 to fight Baba. Return to New Serena with Baba. You can leave him at the entrance to do more before switching characters.
  2. 2
Chapter 2 - A Hidden Past (Saejima): Saejima starts at Kamurocho Hills. Find Morinaga. Visit Komaki for level breakthroughs and the IF8R. Head to the Children's Park in the northwest, then down the sewers to Purgatory. Go to the Florist of Sai's home, then to the Underground Coliseum to fight Aizawa.
  3. 3
Chapter 3 - A Hidden Past (Akiyama): Akiyama can visit Komaki and the IF8R. Complete his substory. Head to New Serena, behind the building, and up the stairs to Sky Finance to meet Shinada. Akiyama and Shinada are now teamed up. Head to a convenience store to spend 10,000 yen on booze. Go to the Hotel District (north, west of Kamurocho Hills). Find a man rooting through trash south of the taxi stand. Walk a bit, and Akiyama will get a call to check near the MEB on Shichifuku St. Enter via stairs east of it.
  4. 4
Chapter 4 - The Survivors (Kiryu/Saejima): Choose either Kiryu or Saejima. It's recommended to pick the one needing more experience or to complete remaining substories (like Tatsuya's). Go to Kamurocho Hills and enter via the small door. Continue through the path, clearing enemies. Reach an entrance, clear the atrium, follow button prompts to avoid debris, and head up the escalator. Proceed through offices on the third floor, facing difficult enemies. At the end, the character not chosen will appear. The two characters, Katsuya, and Watase go to the helipad to confront the mastermind.
  5. 5
Chapter 5 - The Survivors (Boss Fights): Kiryu fights Watase, then Saejima fights Katsuya. Use Knockback techniques to cancel their tricks, or rely on health items. For the final fight, choose the character with less experience or your favorite.
  6. 6
Chapter 6 - Crossroads (Haruka): Haruka can visit Komaki for a Level 25 breakthrough via dance battles. She can also use the IF8R as a magical girl. This is the time to finish all of Haruka's jobs and substories. Completing her Schedule jobs allows access to a secret substory at Dyna Chair for a large XP reward. Return to the Lesson Studio in the southeast to trigger Haruka's final Substory, wrapping up her content. A double confirmation will occur before proceeding.
