The Village (Second Time)

Find Rusted Scrap, Gunpowder, the Winged Key, and more in The Wandering Village's The Village (Second Time) area. Includes walkthrough and item locations.

Walkthrough:

1. Exit the previous area and follow the linear path. At the first fork, notice your way back is gone.
2. Continue down the path and enter the small building on the right.
3. Inside, check the small cabinet on the left for Rusted Scrap.
4. On the opposite side, find a table with a Typewriter and a note, which is the Craftman's Note (File).
5. Jump out the window and immediately look left. Open the Outhouse door and go inside for Gunpowder.
6. Return outside via the door and head right to the closed doors. Shoot or stab the lock with your knife to open them and enter The Underground.
7. Follow the linear path until you reach a drop. Walk forward to a small pond with 3 fish. Kill them, preferably with your knife to save ammo. Do not sell these fish.
8. Head up the path on the other side, climb, and you will hear chanting. Enter the door at the top for a short scene.
9. Approach the altar and examine it to find the Winged Key. Use this key on the door in the back.
10. Go through the door and pull the switch on the right to exit into the Ceremonial Site.
11. Note: As you enter, you can shoot down some crows that will fly away.
12. Examine the stone dais in the center to see a familiar logo.
13. Head left and you will see more crows in the distance. Before going down the stairs, head right at the split and follow the path to a dead end. Smash the Crate here for Sniper Rifle ammo.
14. Return to the stairs. You can aim your scope down the stairs to view enemies below. Snipe the one with the torch from a distance, and the rest will approach. They will bottleneck on the stairs, making them easier to kill.
15. Head down and cross the stone bridge. Before going up the stairs, turn left. Head down the wooden stairs and look behind them to find an enterable room. Find a Goat of Warding on the floor inside.
16. You cannot lower the drawbridge yet. Head back up the stairs and left, up another small set of stone steps.
17. Enter the door on the left. A Lycan will appear from the right; defeat it. Smash the Crate further in on the left for Metal Scrap.
18. Head out the door on the right. There are two more doors on the right side of this area, which are safe. The one closest to where you entered has Rusted Scrap in the corner. The one further down has a locked box you cannot open yet.
19. Head back out and through the large wooden doors to return to a familiar area and trigger a scene.
20. Note: At any time from this point, you can add the "flask" item to the Alter here for a short scene.
21. Use the shop if desired and save your game. Head through the doors towards the Graveyard.
22. Unlock the door with the Winged Key, then shoot or use your knife on the red door to open it.
23. Go left to return to the church. Save again if you wish. Check the Laptop for the Church Computer File (File).
24. Head behind the church and up the steps to a locked gate with the Iron Insignia. Use the Iron Insignia key to unlock it.
25. Head right and find a Herb on the ground. Look behind the small building on the right for a Goat of Warding.
26. Check the area to the left to find a Crate with Handgun ammo. There are also 2 chickens here. Kill them to get Poultry.
27. Before exiting, look above the gate for a Large Crystal you can shoot down.
28. Note: An animal icon will appear on your map in the graveyard. Hovering over it shows
