LEVEL 4 (Storage level):

Access the Storage level (Level 4).

Locate the two Energy Charge Stations and two Hidden Doors.

Use the grid access codes for panels 1, 2, and 3: B1, B2, B6, E4, C7.

Find the Enviro-suit v1 past a door with keypad access in the southeast.

Discover two Target Identifier v2 items on the north edge and west side.

Retrieve the Turbo Booster v2 from the central area.

Collect the Jump Boots v1 in the southwest.

Find the Flechette also in the southwest.

Locate the Riot gun in the central area (noted as worthless).

Acquire the Cyborg conversion in the southeast.

Obtain Plastique in the northwest, requiring passage through a force bridges area.

Access computer nodes in the east, through an iris door.

In the large storage room with suspended walkways, find a button hidden under a crate to enable force bridges. Be prepared for challenging jumps.

In the storage room with a locked force door and repulsors, flip two switches high on the wall. The first switch activates a repulsor in another corner. From this repulsor, you can jump to the next corner; booster skates are helpful. The repulsor pads near the force door only function near the ceiling, as indicated by wall symbols. Jump Boots are very useful but not strictly required.
