Online Help: Press 'Alt-H' to activate online help, which will automatically reveal hidden doors and other overlooked items.

Free Energy (Shield & Lantern): Activate your Turbo Motion Booster System, then immediately deactivate it. This should trigger a message indicating zero energy drain. If it shows a low drain, repeat the activation and deactivation once more. This provides full shield and lantern power with no drain. Note that energy weapons, the enviro-suit, and jump boots will still consume power when used.

More Free Energy and Health: Carry one battery (regular or I-CAD) and one First Aid Kit. Throw the battery on the ground, position yourself close to it, and then use the First Aid Kit on the battery. Alternatively, throw the First Aid Kit down and use the battery on it. This method conserves your resources. Ensure the Multi-Function Display (MFD) is off for a clear view of the target on the ground, and adjust your position and viewing angle to maximize the target's apparent size. This trick is disabled in the CD-ROM version.

Free Light: Access the options menu by pressing the 'Escape' key. Adjust the 'Gamma Correction' setting to increase the game's brightness to your desired level.

Access Panels: You only need one Logic Probe. Approach an access panel, save your game, and then use the Logic Probe to solve the puzzle. Record the solution. Restore your saved game, and you will know the solution without needing to use another Logic Probe.
