Alright, look ahead for the siren control room – it's that small building to the right of the carts. The path to its side is blocked, but there's a ladder on the south side. Just walk up to it and climb. Up top, you'll find a DIGITAL VIDEO TAPE (#08) on some boxes. Grab it!

Now, head over to the office entrance, which is to the left of the carts. Sam can't just waltz in because the door is locked. Stand right in front of it until the icon pops up, then get ready to tap the [X] button a few times. You're gonna need to attack the lock repeatedly to break it open. This is your other sub-goal: Break the lock on the Mining Office door. Get it done!
