Find all Silent Hill weapons and items, including Handgun, Knife, Shotgun, Health Drink, and crucial keys like the Key of Lion.

Weapons:

• Handgun: Found in the Café. Use it to kill anything that moves.
• Knife: Found in the Café. A good weapon, but not as effective as others.
• Steel Pipe: Found under the freeway pass at the end of Midwhich St. A good alternate weapon for combat.
• Shotgun: Found in the Boys Bathroom in the Alternate School. Much more serious for defeating demons and monsters.
• Ax: Found in a Hidden Room in the Antique Shop. Another weapon to beat up and kill demons.
• Hunting Rifle: Found in the Silent Hill Center in Sandy pit. A high-powered gun that guarantees serious ass-kicking action but cannot be moved while in use.

Items:

• Flashlight: Found in the Café. Allows you to see in dark areas.
• Health Drink: Found throughout Silent Hill. Restores a portion of your health.
• Radio: Found in the Café. Produces white noise when enemies (baddies) are near.
• 'To School': Found at the end of the alleyway Cheryl ran down. This item tells you to check the school.
• Levin St. Doghouse: Found at the end of Matheson St. This item tells you to check the doghouse.
• First Aid: Scattered throughout town. Replenishes all of your health.
• Handgun Bullets: Scattered throughout town. Replenish your Handgun with 15 bullets.
• Key of Lion: Found in the back of a Police car on Bachman Rd. This is 1 of 3 keys needed to open a door in a house on Levin St.
• Key of Woodman: Found under the basketball alley behind the Café. This is 1 of 3 keys needed to open a door in the house on Levin St.
• Key of Scarecrow: Found in a mailbox on Elroy St. This is 1 of 3 keys needed to open a door in the house on Levin St.
• Levin St. Doghouse [Key]: Found taped to the roof of the doghouse. This key lets you inside the house on Levin St.
• Hydrochloric Acid: Found in the Lab Equipment Room. Used to get the Medallion of a Golden Sun.
• Medallion of "Golden Sun": Found in the Lab at Midwich Elementary School. This is 1 of 2 medallions needed to open the Clock Door tower.
• Medallion of "Silver Moon": Found in the Piano Room at Elementary School. This is 1 of 2 medallions needed to open the Clock Door tower.
• Ampoule: Rare, found in certain areas. Enables you to feel absolutely no pain.
• Child's Pink Rubber Ball: Found in the Storage Room in the Alternate School. Use to plug up a drainage hole to wash out a stuck key.
• Rectangular Card w/Key: Found in the Northwest Classroom of the Alternate School. Opens the door behind the receipt area.
• Classroom Key: Found in the Courtyard drain. Opens a locked classroom door in the Alternate School.
• Library Reserve Key: Found in the Locker Room. Opens the Library Reserve.
• Shotgun Cartridges: Scattered around most areas of town. Reloads the Shotgun with six shells.
• K. Gordon Key: Found in the Generator Room of the Alternate School after the Lizard boss. Unlocks the door to the K. Gordon house.
• Drawbridge Key: Found at the Balkan Church [altar]. Lowers the drawbridge to Central Silent Hill.
• Flauros Pyramid: Found at the Balkan Church [altar]. This item may be used to stop the
