Surt - The God of Fire - ᛏᚱᚢᛏᚺ

Enter the area by approaching the door with the Surt symbol.

Lorestone 1/5: After a short distance, take the right path to find a Lorestone in a cave.

Optional: Return to the path split and take the left path. Before the bridge, find a stone head of Galina (Senua's mother) beneath a waterfall to the left of the bridge. Focusing on it triggers an optional story interaction.

Cross the bridge and continue left. Before a Rune door, you will encounter enemies.

If Valravn was fought first: 2 Swordsmen, then 1 Swordsman + 1 Mace enemy, then 2 Swordsmen + 1 Mace enemy.

If Surt was fought first: 5 Swordsmen, appearing one at a time.

Interact with the Rune door to start the puzzle.

Rune Puzzle 1 (ᛉ): Take the path to the right of the door. Line up a straight pole with a Y-shaped wooden pole in front of people strung up on poles to form the ᛉ shape.

Rune Puzzle 2 (ᚺ): Follow the path further. At the top of a hill, look back towards the door. Line up two poles, one with a protrusion, to form the ᚺ shape.

Proceed through the Rune door and down a hill into a clearing. You will face more enemies.

If Valravn was fought first: 1 Shield Wielder + 1 Swordsman, then 1 Mace enemy spawns after killing one, then 1 Swordsman spawns after killing a second, then 1 Shield enemy + 1 Mace enemy spawn after defeating all four.

If Surt was fought first: 5 Swordsmen (first 2 one at a time, then 2 together, then the 5th).

Inspect the Surt gate (door with Surt seal).

To the left of the Surt gate, go through a wooden fence with an open door and up a hill.

At the top of the hill, find a stone monolith surrounded by burned bodies. Focus on the Surt seal on the monolith to start a timed escape challenge.

Immediately run back down the path towards the Surt gate, passing through the burning wooden gate to the next area. Failure to run quickly will result in death.
