The SCUM UI is packed with information crucial for your survival. On the bottom left, you'll see your Health, Stamina, and Energy bars. Above that, your Metabolism Panel (accessed by pressing Tab) displays detailed information about your body's needs: hydration, nutrition, vitamin levels, and more. The Inventory (also Tab) allows you to manage your items, equip gear, and craft. The Crafting Panel is integrated into the inventory. On the top right, you'll see your Compass and current Location.
