SCUM's attribute system is the core of character development. There are four main attributes:

• Strength: Influences carry weight, melee damage, and physical endurance. Essential for melee builds and heavy lifters.
• Dexterity: Affects weapon handling (recoil, reload speed), stealth, and agility. Crucial for ranged combat and stealthy players.
• Constitution: Determines health, stamina regeneration, and resistance to illness/injury. Vital for tanky builds and long-term survival.
• Intelligence: Impacts crafting speed, medical effectiveness, and lockpicking. Important for crafters, medics, and base builders.

You allocate points during character creation, and these attributes can be slowly increased through consistent use of related skills. A balanced approach or specialization depends on your preferred playstyle.
