Keep in mind that Charlotte's special moves can't be used when she's unarmed. Her Splash Fount, when used with Heavy Slash (HS), is considered the strongest move in the entire game because it guarantees a stun if it hits an opponent point-blank on the ground. Also, Power Gradation offers invincibility at the very start of its animation, which can be super useful for getting out of tight spots.
Beyond her specials, Charlotte boasts some of the best normal attacks in the game. Don't sleep on her Far Stand Medium Punch (MP) for its incredible range, and her Jump Heavy Punch (HP) is also a powerhouse.
