Alright, last fight! You're facing off against Mother. If you managed to grab the Leech Gun from the previous area, now's the time to use it. It'll drain her health super fast. Don't sweat it if you don't have it, though – there's plenty of ammo for other weapons scattered around the platform you're fighting on. Just keep blasting away until her health bar is completely empty.
Walkthrough
- 1Once Mother is defeated, she'll try to convince Tommy to take her place, promising him immense power. Luckily, your Grandfather steps in and talks some sense into him.
- 2Tommy then propels the sphere directly into a massive ball of fire, destroying it.
- 3And that's it! You've officially completed Prey! Congratulations on a job well done, you've earned the ending!
Tips
- After beating Mother, you'll unlock the achievement for completing "Mother's Embrace" and the one for finishing Prey on Normal difficulty.
- Now, the Cherokee difficulty setting is unlocked. Completing it will earn you the "Galactic Hero" achievement. The main differences you'll notice on Cherokee difficulty are that enemies hit harder, and there are no health spores or health stations available.
