Navigate Mistralton Cave in Pokemon TCG Live. Find Axew, TM80 Rock Slide, and the legendary Cobalion.

Walkthrough

    If you do not have Flash, teach it to a Pokemon temporarily. Use Flash to increase vision range.

    Push the Strength boulder as far right as possible, then as far down as possible.

    Check the rock left of the boulder for an ELIXIR.

    Continue down and fight the Hiker.

    Continue right and push the Strength boulder into place.

    Go up and fight another Hiker.

    Turn right, pick up the MAX REPEL, and head back.

    Check the rock in the top left corner by the Hiker for a hidden HYPER POTION.

    Go down, then left where you haven't gone before.

    Go up and around the steps to pick up a HYPER POTION.

    Go down the steps and push the boulder into place to create a shortcut.

    Go back up the steps, straight down, and ascend the staircase to the next floor.

    MISTRALTON CAVE, 2F: Go down the steps and straight down. Examine the rock for an ULTRA BALL.

    Push the Strength boulder here into place and check the rock at the bottom right for a HYPER POTION.

    Ascend the steps and take the path to the right.

    Descend the steps, go straight down and left up the steps.

    Follow this path to the end and pick up a HARD STONE.

    Go back and then up. Push the Strength boulder into place.

    Take the path up, go as far north as possible, going up some steps.

    Take this route left to get TM80, ROCK SLIDE.

    Go back. When you go down the steps, slip into the small corridor to the left and follow it through.

    Pick up the IRON on the other end.

    Take the upper path left to a dead end. Examine a spot before the wall for a PP UP.

    Go back to where you pushed the Strength boulder before, and this time take the path left.

    Push the Strength boulder here into place, and ascend the big stairs to the third floor.

    MISTRALTON CAVE, 3F: Go down the steps to the left and pick up the REVIVE.

    Go back and go right. Ignore the steps for now and take the path all the way up to get a DUSK STONE.

    Check the rock to the right for an ULTRA BALL.

    Go to the steps and attempt to go up them. Talk to the person and press yes.

    After the conversation, continue forward, go down the steps and go left to pick up a RARE CANDY.

    Check the rock behind the Rare Candy for a CARBOS.

    Go back and take the path down. Push the Strength boulders out of the way, then head left.

    Take the path up to be next to Cobalion.
Tips
  • Flash is highly recommended to navigate the cave. You can teach it temporarily and replace it later.
  • Axew is available in this cave and evolves into Haxorus, a powerful Dragon-type Pokemon with high Attack and Speed. Look for Axew with the Mold Breaker ability.
  • Cobalion is a legendary Pokemon encountered on the third floor. It is Level 42, Steel/Fighting type, with the Justified ability. Its catch rate is only 3, making it very difficult to catch at this stage. Save before attempting to catch it.
  • Hard Stone increases the power of Rock-type moves.
  • Dusk Stone is used to evolve Litwick and Lampent into Chandelure.
  • TM80, Rock Slide, is a good Rock-type move for Pokemon with decent Attack.
