If wrong, saw through the doors. Take a blood sample and deliver it to one of the seven validation devices. If the sample is good, call the elevator. You need two good samples to escape. If downed, the sample may break. Cops will cut power; restart it and the elevator. Once it arrives, place samples in the cooler, get in, and escape via the elevator.

Phase One (Over Drill): Drill into the second area and kill guards. Drill the door in the back of the vault room near the thermite; this drill takes approximately 33 minutes (longer on 145+ difficulty). The drill will not break.
