    Jump through the window and head right. Climb into the second window and proceed left into an office room.

    Find the PURGE GATE MAINTENANCE MEMO on the counter and a BATTERY in the back.

    Jump back to the hallway and go through the broken decon-area.

    Film the scene below with your camera to obtain the TOTAL SECURITY note.

    At the end of the walkway, pick up the SHOWER KEYCARD from a dead guard.

    Return through the decon room, then left to the shower room. Use the keycard to proceed.

    Enter the security room and note the button on the desk. Look around the hallways and doors.

    Hit the button in the security room. Quickly climb the box and head up into the ceiling vent as Chris Walker appears.

    Drop down from the vent and head straight, around the corner, and slam the iron door shut. Continue to the flames to see a scene.

    Hide in a padded room (an open door is to your left) as Chris searches for you. Wait for him to walk left, then make your way up the stairs to the left.

    The door ahead is locked, so go right. Be ready to turn around and run as Chris breaks down the door from the top of the stairs. Hide in one of the rooms you passed.

    Once Chris has lost you, head to the top of the stairs where the locked gate is now open. Head left (straight leads nowhere) and squeeze through the junk.

    You will find a door to the showers, which is locked. Crawl through the nearby opening.

    At the end of the hall is a locked door, take the door to the right, which has a body.

    In this area, a man will follow you. Check a cell on the right to find a BATTERY.

    Use the nearby box to climb to the second floor. The door to the left is locked.

    Head right and around the corner. A patient will try to grab you.

    Continue to another shimmy point and proceed left. Jump from the ledge to solid ground (move forwards and press X).

    After pulling yourself up, enter the left cell and find the DR. WERNICKE OBITUARY on the nightstand.

    Continue up the stairs to the third floor. Head right to potentially find a BATTERY in a cell.

    Take a left at the top and shimmy. Be ready to shake someone off.

    Enter the cell you come to and crawl through the hole to the next one.

    Open the next cell and make your way right to safe ground.

    Head to the last cell on the right wall and get a BATTERY from the floor (if not found earlier).

    Head to the cell with the light on and drop down the hole.

    Head left and have your camera out.
