This guide covers the initial quest in MiSide, where you help Mita with various tasks before being pulled into the game yourself. Follow these steps to progress through the "I'm Inside a Game?" section.
Walkthrough
- 1Interact with the phone on the desk, check the message by pressing E, and download the app by pressing E again.
- 2Start playing the game on your phone by pressing E.
- 3Laundry: Click on the laundry items on the floor and then the laundry basket in the bathroom.
- 4Cooking Soup: Open the menu, select chicken soup, and then click on the ingredients on the counter. Use your mouse to drag the slider from top to bottom to cut the vegetables.
- 5Earning Money and Purchasing the TV: Play minigames by pressing the button on the top right. Earn 450 total. Open the shop and buy the TV set for 450.
- 6Finding the Hairbrush: Look in the cabinets. Do NOT look in the oven, as this affects a later choice. The brush is in the cabinet in the kitchen beside the dining table.
- 7Moving the Wardrobe: Click on the blinking grid space in Mita's room where she wants you to move it.
- 8After the day changes, give Mita a present by pressing the icon at the bottom of the screen.
- 9Enter the bedroom and interact with the portal machine. Press the blinking red button to power it up.
- 10Find the three required items: Bowknot (bathroom sink counter), Pencil (bedroom side cabinet or desk), and Spoon (kitchen near sink or on table). Locations may vary.
- 11Place the items on the scanner and press the blinking red button on the left to scan them.
- 12Press the power button again and stand on the portal pad.
- 13Head out the door and find the fuse box to the right of the front door to restore power.
- 14Return to the portal console and find the four missing batteries:
- 15Battery 1: Bathroom cabinet beside the sink.
- 16Battery 2: Kitchen counter near the sink.
- 17Battery 3: Living room in front of the radio beside the TV.
- 18Battery 4: Kitchen fridge. After grabbing this, pick up the fallen magnets and place them back on the fridge.
- 19Place the batteries in their blinking red slots inside the machine.
- 20Push the power button and stand on the portal pad again.
- 21Walk towards the bathroom door, turn around, and Mita will appear.
Tips
- Looking in the oven for the hairbrush will block the "Stay" choice later. This is fine on the first playthrough.
- Mita's energy limits which minigames you can play, shown on the top left.
