    Clear out any remaining PMCs. When the rebels cry out, "We did it!" the battle is over and you've won their trust. Enter the rebel's safe house in the northeast corner.

    Militia Safe House: It's pitch black. Switch the Solid Eye to its night vision mode. Explore the base. If you helped the rebels in the previous area, the troops here will be friendly. If they still consider you an enemy, proceed cautiously using Solid Eye or return to the Red Zone to help them. Alternatively, defeat a few PMCs to gain their trust without clearing all of them. If they are wary, give them a ration or health item to win them over.

    Collect weapons and items, including the "Theme of Tara" iPod song and the Middle East militia costume from lockers. Continue past the scientists examining the mechanical wing to find RPG rounds and other items. Head upstairs to the city.

    Urban Ruins: Meet Drebin, an arms dealer who sells weapons and works on a barter system using Drebin Points (DP). He offers a twenty percent discount on Sundays and Wednesdays. Drebin gives you the M4 Custom for free.

    Pick up RPG ammo at the end of the alley behind you. Collect the rest of the ammo in the area. Run up the stairs and drop down to the west ledge and the rubble between buildings to find another RPG and a Dot Sight.

    Enter through the large crack in the wall and crawl underneath the partially destroyed floor. Use Solid Eye's night vision to follow footsteps if needed.

    When the floor above collapses, continue on. To reach the checkpoint, lean against the wall, shimmy across the narrow ledge, and slide down to the lower level to the west. Follow this area to the end, find stairs across from you, pick up the iPod song under the broken floor, and jump down to the stairs.

    Downtown: Use the tattered oil drum to pass through the next area by tipping it over and rolling inside, but be aware Snake can get sick if rolling for too long. A more effective strategy is to avoid this.

    Turn around and check the ruins behind you for a ration. Follow the street down on the west side to a back street entrance.

    If you helped the rebels in the Red Zone, they won't bother you. Hug the south wall and enter the narrow alleyway.

    In the middle is a small gap between buildings Snake can fit through. Continue on the other side, then go in the opposite direction of the soldiers until you reach a split. Take the path behind the tank to avoid being seen.

    Sneak behind the Stryker and cross the street to the south side. Enter the next alley near the van and crawl beneath the building to find stun grenades.

    Return to the main street. Lie prone and crawl along the left side of the street towards the checkpoint, avoiding the heavy gunfight between rebels and PMCs.
