BOSS: MAMMOTH BROTHERS

Approach the Mammoth Brothers. Their attacks are shooting bubbles and charging, each costing 1 Life Point (LP).

Back them into a corner and bite them repeatedly. You can pass through them without taking damage.

Each defeated mammoth drops meat, granting 250 Experience Points (EP) and 16 LP.

After defeating all three brothers, the Mammoth Gal will appear.

She will inform you about the Ice Pole Spirit in a southwest mountain (Africa) and warn that closing the Ice Pole prevents returning to this world.

Proceed to the new level that has opened on the mountain, Fort Bird-Man.

Upon entering, you will be in front of a large frozen column. Touch the ice pole to paralyze yourself and be lifted by a Ptenodon to the outside of Fort Bird-Man.

Defeat the weak bird minions, airborne or riding Syrocosauri, in one hit.

Once inside, you will be attacked by a steady stream of brown eagle-like birds, also KO'ed in a single chomp.

Navigate the linear corridors, dropping down two rows to the right, encountering a bird-man in each hallway.

When going right, you will see a teleporter across a pit. To make the jump, you need a long neck (if you have acquired this ability).

An ambush bird-man will attack from behind; defeat it before proceeding to the teleporter.

You will arrive in a large open area that narrows into a small hallway. Do not go down the hallway; instead, go back through the teleporter you just used.

In the new area, go left to the transporter in the corner.

This transporter leads to another one. Go right from this second transporter and drop down the hole.

You will find a green crystal, allowing you to transform into a previously saved form for a short time.

From the green crystal's location, go right. You will end up in a circular area.

Go down the hole to the right in the circular area; you will return to the spot where you found the green crystal.

Go back through the teleporter you came from. You will be inside a transporter with one immediately to your lower left.

To the left of that transporter should be a red crystal.

Warning: DO NOT go backwards through the teleporter you just came out of, as it will place you outside the fort.

If you obtain the red crystal, you can transform into an elephant with 200 LP.

Enter the teleporter just below the red crystal's location.

When you exit, go left. A bird-man will pursue you; defeat it and continue to the transporter in the alcove.

After exiting the next transporter, go back through it.

You will be in a room with several thin ledges stacked atop each other, which is the lair of the Bird-King.
