This guide section is dedicated to uncovering the hidden lore and Easter eggs within Marvel's Midnight Suns. As the game progresses, players will encounter various narrative elements and subtle details that enrich the game's universe.

The overarching narrative involves Hydra resurrecting the demon mother Lilith, who seeks to awaken her master, Chthon. The only one who has ever defeated Lilith is Hunter, her own child, who was resurrected to face her once more. This central conflict brings together heroes from the Avengers, Runaways, X-Men, and Midnight Suns.

Story Missions are the primary way the plot unfolds, and they must be completed in order. Hunter is always present in these missions, often accompanied by other heroes. Some missions may have prerequisites, such as completing specific General Missions or Research projects. These missions are visually distinguished by a purple highlight when viewed at the Mirror Table.

The game's story is divided into three acts: Part I: The Awakening, Part II: The Sleeping Titan, and Part III: The Champion of the Gods. Each act contains a series of story missions that advance the plot, detailing the heroes' efforts to thwart Lilith's plans.
