Harhall's Clothing Design

Follow this guide to help Harhall create custom clothing designs in Mario Party Superstars, including color mixing and pattern matching for his requests.

Alright, so you're heading south and you'll bump into this guy named Harhall. He thinks he's a fashion genius, and he's got a mini-game for you. This is also where you find one of the Beanstar pieces earlier on, so it's a pretty important spot!

Here's the deal: Harhall wants you to design some fabric. You'll be shooting water at these things called Designbombs. Whatever color bomb you hit determines the fabric color – red, yellow, or blue. Easy enough, right?

Now, there are also Designbombs with actual patterns on them: checkered, tropical, and polka-dot. Hit one of those, and that's the pattern you get.

Things get a little more interesting if you hit multiple color bombs at once. They'll mix to create secondary colors. Here's a quick rundown:

• Red + Blue = Purple
• Red + Yellow = Orange
• Yellow + Blue = Green
• Red + Yellow + Blue = Brown

And if you hit two or three pattern bombs at the same time? Boom! The fabric automatically becomes a star pattern. Keep that in mind!

Ready to get started? Harhall has a specific list of what he wants, in this order:

1. Red color, any design
2. Yellow color, checkered design
3. Purple color, polka-dot design
4. Brown color, star design

Once you nail all those requests, Harhall will send you off to the west area to get your reward. But wait, there's more! If you come back later, he'll have a new challenge for you: create every single design in every possible color combination. Do that, and you'll snag the Harhall's Pants. After that, he's off for good!
