Part 3

When E. Gadd calls, check the map (minimap (the small circular map in the bottom-left corner of your screen)) for a "!" marking the garage.

Head north through the gate in the Front Yard.

After the gate closes, E. Gadd will call and explain you can run by holding the B Button.

Investigate the vase to the right of the staircase base to earn 5 Gold.

Go up the stairs to the porch. Investigate the vase to the right (it does nothing).

Go west and investigate the open window to see ghosts interacting with E. Gadd's car in the garage. You can tilt the 3DS or use the Circle Pad to change your viewpoint when looking through windows.

Go to the front door (marked by a red line on the map).

Press X near the front door, triggering a scene. A rat will run by; chase it downstairs to find a key.

Use the key to enter the front door.

In the Entrance, use the door on the left.

In the Garage, investigate objects like the toolbox (southeast) and box (southwest) – they don't do much.

Look through the window on the north side for a funny scene. Get 5 Gold from the drawers to the right of this window.

Investigate the car to find the Poltergust 5000. E. Gadd will call and explain how to use it with the R Button.

Use the Poltergust 5000 to suck up the pile of dirt in the northeast corner near the toolbenches for a piece of gold.

Vacuum the pile of dirt next to the door. You can vacuum while sucking up and down using the R and X/B Buttons. Find about 10 Gold in the rafts and shelf on the north side.

In the northwest corner, suck the cloth to build up vacuum pressure. Hold R, then press A when indicated to remove the carpet. Open the chest beneath for a key.

E. Gadd will call, mentioning ghosts are nearby.

Go through the door to the east to proceed.

In the Entrance, vacuum upwards to grab gold pieces, especially by sucking flames from the chandelier. Vacuum the carpet blocking the east door and proceed through.

In the Mudroom, look out the northeast window.

Vacuum the cloth items: two coats/drapes on the east and west sides (north of doors) for 5 Gold each.

Vacuum the carpet on the floor to reveal a switch. Stand on it to get nearly 100 Gold from the northeast corner.

Vacuum gold from the northeast and southeast corners by looking up.

Stand beneath the fan, vacuum upwards, and the key will fly to the floor.

The door to the right is locked; return west to the Entrance.

Exit south to the Front Yard.

Go west, vacuum the pile of dirt, and investigate the vase beneath for around 50 Gold.

Return to the front door. Look upwards for gold pieces.

Vacuum the rug in front of the front door for a gold bar (20 Gold).

To the right, hanging on the porch, is a cloth. Suck it up (R+B+Up), go downstairs, and find revealed gold bars (40 Gold).

Vacuum items between the gate and porch for about ten more Gold.

Flash the purple flowers for money and a gemstone.

Return inside to the Entrance.

Use a key to open the north door.

In the Guard Hall, after a brief scene, vacuum the wall to the right to remove a hidden cloth and gain gold (e.g., 98 Gold).

Hold B and run northward to avoid the knights' swords, which deal 20 units of health damage.

Proceed through the door to the Foyer.

In the Foyer, examine the drawer on the left for a golden bone, which appears when you have a lot of treasure.
