Alright, so you've stumbled upon the Chicken Chase mission in Like a Dragon Gaiden, huh? Don't worry, it's not as wild as it sounds! You'll need to be in Chapter 3 of the main story before this pops up. Once you are, head over to the Yotsudera Kaikan building, the one way down in the southwest part of Sotenbori. Go inside to the main floor hallway, and you'll see a guy with that classic exclamation mark over his head. Talk to him – turns out his chickens have made a break for it, all four of them!

The good news is they haven't gone far, and you'll see a little eye icon above their heads, but don't expect them on your minimap. Let's track 'em down!

Walkthrough

First Chicken: Right where you start! Head into the hallway on the base floor where the NPC is standing. Look to your right, near the start of the north-south hallway. Just interact with it, and you're good to go.

Second Chicken: Head up to the second floor. Go to the end of the middle hallway, and you'll find the second chicken chilling there.

Third Chicken: Now, make your way to the third floor. This one's at the very end of the hallway that goes north.

Fourth Chicken: Time for the roof! If you've been doing the Golden Samurai missions, you'll find the final one waiting for you up there. As soon as you step out onto the main roof area, look to your right. The last chicken is tucked away in the corner.

Once you've wrangled all four escapees, head back to the guy who gave you the mission. He'll be super grateful and hand over ¥40,000 and 700 Akame Points. Nice!

Tips

Make sure you've reached Chapter 3 before heading to the Yotsudera Kaikan building, or the mission won't be available.
The chickens don't appear on the map, so keep an eye out for the eye icon above their heads.
The fourth chicken is on the roof, so don't forget to head up there after checking the other floors!
