- 1At Barren Swamp Bridge, talk to Rookie Explorer Hugo, choose "Talk," then "About Medoro," to receive Dim Ergo Chunk.
- 2At Barren Swamp Nest, proceed through the cave to a ladder. Turn around, find a ledge on the left, and search near the body to obtain Frayed Notebook.
- 3Continue past the ladder, run through the decay tunnel, and search the ground at the end of the platform to obtain Bloody Letter.
