Dive in and swim right, heading up through breakable blocks for a sword if desired.

Continue on and enter the door at the top of the ladder.

Move along the bridge until you encounter Kibble Blade. Defeat and swallow him, or use another sharp ability.

Move to the rope platform, slice the rope, jump in, and head left to grab the first Energy Sphere.

Head back right, across the bridge, and enter the next door.

Grab the Spear immediately, then dive right and keep swimming.

In the third tide pool, hit the switch on the right side of the large rock formation to reveal a door.

Enter the revealed door. Kill all reachable enemies with your spear, then destroy the 3 levels of barriers to grab the second Energy Sphere.

Go back out and continue right into the next door.

Jump into Kiriboo's Shoe. You can hop over spikes, stomp stakes, and bounce on enemies with it. Bounce higher by hitting the jump button as you land on an enemy's head.

Use Kiriboo's Shoe to cross gaps. The second boot is required to get a hidden item.

Crush the golden block for a 1-up.

Continue until you find 3 pink flying enemies. Hop across them and crush the golden block at the top.

Enter the door behind the golden block.

Swim up, grab the third Energy Sphere, then pull the lever at the top.

Swim through the passage, heading to the bottom, then swim along the passage near the top.

Above the fifth eel, there are breakable blocks. Destroy them to find and grab the fourth Energy Sphere.

Continue on to the exit.
