Where to Find the Eternal Well in The Lava Caves

Alright, so you're trying to find that tricky Eternal Well in the Lava Caves for Kao the Kangaroo, huh? Don't worry, it's not too far into the level. You'll know you're close because you'll have just picked up the first Rune, which is pretty much impossible to miss since it's right on the main path. Keep going past that Rune, and keep an eye out for a lower ledge. That ledge leads to a path that's blocked by a spider's web. If you've got a Fire Charge handy, just burn that web away, and boom! The Eternal Well will be right behind it.

Now, about actually completing the Eternal Well itself – it's a bit of an obstacle course, so get ready for a challenge! Your main goal is to reach the end. There are two Crystals inside, and one of them is a little sneaky. First, follow the trail of Ducats and jump to the first platform. You'll see a spiked log swinging up and down next to it. Hang tight for a sec and look to the side; you should spot another platform you can jump to. Make that jump, and then hop up to snag the first Crystal. It's kinda hidden on this platform near the start.

Once you've got that first Crystal, head back to the main path and just keep following it. Eventually, you'll start climbing a wall that has spikes on it. The second Crystal is up here, right above the board you need to shimmy across to get to the next wall. Keep climbing all the way to the top. Then, you'll need to jump through some more spiked logs. Right at the very top, you'll see a long line of coins. As soon as you start moving across this walkway, spiked traps on both sides will start closing in. The trick here is to just keep moving! If you don't stop, those spikes shouldn't catch you. Reach the end, grab that big coin, and you're out of the Eternal Well!
