Where to Find All Crystals in The Dark Forest

This guide details the locations of all 12 Crystals within The Dark Forest level in Kao the Kangaroo.

1. Crystal #1: Found to the right at the very beginning of the level on a slightly raised platform.
2. Crystal #2: Located on the left side at the beginning of the level, on a ledge. You'll need to climb some ledges to reach it.
3. Crystal #3: Situated above a bear trap that has Ducats surrounding it, a little further into the level.
4. Crystal #4: Found next to a lone hut with a wooden door, just outside a large gate where the Frogster enemy is introduced. A Heart Piece is inside the hut.
5. Crystal #5: Requires the upgraded gloves. Look for dark crystals that transport you to the Eternal World. Find the spot with three moving platforms spawned by a dark crystal; the collectible is on the side with the middle platform.
6. Crystal #6: Located in the air above the first bear trap in the section after the dark crystal platforming, before a large swinging fish.
7. Crystal #7: In the same area as Crystal #6, but above a platform a few jumps down past the swinging fish.
8. Crystal #8: Found on platforms leading upward from the Eternal Well at the end of a side path in the Frogster music area.
9. Crystal #9: Hidden in the water inside a cave. This cave is accessed after hitting a button on the ceiling to open a locked gate. It's in one corner of the pool.
10. Crystal #10, #11, #12: These three Crystals are collected on the bridge that forms after solving a puzzle near the end of the level. The puzzle involves rotating slabs to create a path connecting two large crystals.
