Complete the Just Cause 4 Meteolab Grab mission in Phuyu-Kuni, including unlocking the Airship Hangar and obtaining the black box.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Unlock the Airship Hangar: Travel to Meteolab in Phuyu-Kuni, north of Altoyaku, and head to the (waypoint (a marker on your map you've manually placed as a destination)). Activate the first console to start a 1 minute 30 second timer. Hit three more consoles before the timer expires: one on a tower, one on a rooftop, one by vertical fuel tanks, and the final one on the upper section of the base. Activate a final console to release the airship; this takes a few seconds, so ensure no enemies are nearby.
  2. 2
Black Box: Ascend to the rising airship. If you are quick, you can latch onto it. Otherwise, use nearby air turbines and your parachute for a boost, following the distorted air currents indicated by yellow balloons. As the airship rises higher, use the yellow balloons as stepping stones, using your grappling hook and parachute to gain altitude. Once near the airship, a bar will begin to fill. Hop on top. When the bar is halfway full, enemy helicopters will appear; destroy them. A jet will then destroy the airship, causing the black box to fall. Stay close to the falling black box, wingsuiting with it to fill the bar. Alternatively, hijack a helicopter and descend with it. The mission concludes upon successfully retrieving the black box, unlocking Phuyu-Kuni and the Lightning Gun, and regaining a squad.
  3. 3
The Dawnflower: Drive to Hanan Pacha, west of Meteolab, to begin. Drive a Vagabundo Buggy through a series of rings. Passing through each ring resets the timer to approximately 50 seconds. Black Hand will pursue you. The first ring launches you off a ramp; aim slightly left to avoid missing the next ring. Navigate subsequent jumps and rough terrain, being wary of Black Hand motorcycles attempting to knock you off course, especially near rings. Before the final ring, you will pass through a town with a roadblock; drive through the center of the two Offroaders. Launch off the final ramp onto a sailboat. Consider parachuting out to avoid being stranded in the water with Black Hand snipers in a helicopter.
Tips
  • For the Meteolab Grab, focus on hitting the consoles quickly and ignore enemies unless they are near explosives.
  • When ascending to the airship, pay attention to the yellow balloons and distorted air currents for optimal boosting.
  • During The Dawnflower mission, prioritize avoiding the Black Hand motorcycles, as they are the primary obstacle.

Miscellaneous Objectives in Phuyu-Kuni:

Hanan Pacha - Speed Stunt

Objective: Pass through the ring faster than 80 km/h.

Notes: Hanan Pacha is west of Meteolab and north of Muro Fortaleza. The ring is on the dirt road through town. Find a Prisa Azor 3 parked next to a building and use it.

Meteolab - Speed Stunt

Objective: Pass through the ring faster than 55 km/h.

Notes: Meteolab is the largest location in Phuyu-Kuni. The ring is on a road west of the base. Almost any off-road car will suffice.

Meteolab - Helicopter Stunt

Objective: Pass through the ring in an Emsavion Utility Heli.

Notes: The ring is on a bridge, oriented vertically. Inside Meteolab, find the large building nearest the ring, possibly with vertical fuel tanks. A helicopter is on its roof, or you can call one in. Alternatively, check near the Tumba de la Princesa rings. Park the helicopter nearby for potential later use.

Meteolab - Car Stunt

Objective: Pass through the ring in a 2019 Vistosa Supercar.

Notes: The ring is airborne near a building. Two Supercars are located nearby. Drive up the yellow stairs on the building's side; the ring is at the end. Use the accelerator and nitrous, or a tether, to ascend the stairs.

Meteolab - Wingsuit Stunt

Objective: Wingsuit through all rings in less than 8 seconds.

Notes: These rings are airborne near the previous stunt and the air turbine. Use the building to the south and a tall lamp post or the Large Tower with a small dome as a grappling point for air. The lamp post is generally more effective. Immediately wingsuit and catch the turbine's air for a boost to the first ring. Alternatively, use a helicopter for greater height.

Meteolab - Wingsuit Stunt

Objective: Wingsuit through all rings in less than 5 seconds.

Notes: These rings head southeast from a helipad. Jump from the helipad or a higher point on the base. This is a straightforward stunt.

Meteolab - Wingsuit Stunt

Objective: Wingsuit through all rings in less than 12 seconds.

Notes: These rings are high in the air, heading north. Use one of the turbines with yellow balloons to gain altitude, then descend through the rings. Continue wingsuiting afterward.

El Qocha - Wingsuit Stunt

Objective: Wingsuit through all rings in less than 12 seconds.

Notes: El Qocha is a lake north/northeast of Meteolab, on the border. The rings start off the wooden bridge. If you maintain your wingsuit trajectory from the previous stunt, you can pass through these rings. Grapple the bridge for a boost.
