Complete the Atalaya Strike mission in Just Cause 4, including flipping breakers, hacking consoles, and destroying the train to secure Picos Nevados.
- 1To begin Operation Sandstinger, you must first secure Picos Nevados, located East of Chasca and South of Hatun Ukucha. Flip four breakers within a pit to turn off the large defense cannons around the base. One breaker is outside the pit, while the others are inside, with weapon crates near most of them.
- 2Locate and hack the console situated near the train tracks. You must remain relatively close as the hacking progress bar fills. Two weapon crates and two .50 Cal machine guns are available here.
- 3After the hacking is complete, a train will arrive. Board the train's cannon and remove the operator to prevent it from firing at you. You can attempt to damage the train's engine by shooting to the side of it with the cannon, or use one of the nearby Mortars. Alternatively, shoot the wires holding the cargo container above the engine, causing explosive barrels to drop onto it.
- The .50 Cal machine guns and Mortars can be very useful against incoming enemies and the train.
- Watch out for lightly armored vehicles, helicopters, and armored soldiers attacking during the hacking phase.

Estación Atalaya - Surveillance Airship
Objective: Destroy the airship.
Notes: The railyard in the middle of the province only has one objective. The airship seems to be situated in just the right spot so that you can't reach it with any of the nearby mounted weapons. Either get a helicopter from the West side of the station or use the nearby mountain as a grappling point to get close.
Lago Deshielo - Speed Stunt
Objective: Pass through the ring faster than 145 km/h.
Notes: Lago Deshielo is just West of Atalaya Station. This ring is on the nearby road. You should be able to find a Quipozza G on the road as well.
Sitio Picos Nevados - Wingsuit Stunt
Objective: Wingsuit through all rings in less than 18 seconds.
Notes: This small site is near the top of the mountain just East/Northeast of Atalaya Station. It's Northeast of the small lake, very close by. These rings start at the winding road Northwest of the site. Go to the top of the road to the East and grapple from there. Once you get close to the second ring and the railroad bridge, the air current will boost you forward.
Sitio Picos Nevados - Speed Stunt
Objective: Pass through the ring faster than 50 km/h.
Notes: This ring is at the site, above the helipad. However, you may want to drop one in or go back to Atalaya and grab one.
Estatuas Piraña - Ancient Statue
This is located North and a little East of Sitio Picos Nevados. It's very close to the Hatun Ukucha border, in between Casa Apu and Bajada Blanca in that province. It's on the slope of a mountain near the Bajada Blanca railway bridge, on the East side of it. You can see it from the road East of the bridge if you look towards the bridge.
Estatuas Piraña - Speed Stunt
Objective: Pass through the ring faster than 65 km/h.
Notes: This ring is on the snowy slope leading down from the statue, just before the bridge. You can use a helicopter if you approach from the bottom, but you'll have to scrape the ground. Otherwise, grab a car from the road and use that.
Scene: Axman's Juggernaut
You can take Hirkas for free and unlock the Rigged Quipozza G. This Garland King mission is right on the border, near the large lake. Before starting, discover Templo Del Cielo, a town just Southeast of the mission marker and the lake. This is where the Sandstinger: Train Robbery mission ended. Garland's mission will take you all the way down to Tallada; this way you can just fast travel back if you want to do the location objectives.
You'll be tasked with driving a Formula 1 car through 12 rings. Every time you pass through a ring, the timer resets to 40 seconds. Try not to go offroad unless necessary. Don't forget you have nitrous, but be careful. Lighter colored cars are surprisingly hard to see against the white, snowy background. It's fairly simple at first. You'll go through a town so watch for traffic. Rings 3 and 4 take you through a frontline, and 4 has you take a ramp that is right in the Black Hand front line area. If you miss it, you can just turn around and hit from the other side, then get back on track.
After that, make a left to hit another ramp for the next ring. Try to approach the ramp head-on. A train will come in on your left and you don't want to hit it. You'll drive along a bridge; just after this, slow down and make a left to hit the ramp and avoid the oncoming train. This puts you onto a flat piece of snowy land, where you can drive forward to get back onto the road. Some railroad tracks will run parallel to the road, and they're devoid of traffic, but all of the rings are on the road itself and getting back and forth can be a pain, so it's better to just stick to the road. After a bit, as you approach ring 10, you'll see it's above you. You'll need to take a left and go up a snowy embankment to reach the ramp that'll take you back down to the road. This is the same location where you started the Sandstinger: Train Robbery mission.
The last couple of rings are straightforward. The final one has you ramping off into the air. Stay to the left to avoid the helicopter there. Completing this mission unlocks the Mugello Farina Trio.
