- 1Reggie suggests sneaking through the Scanning Station. Follow him to the checkpoint and wait for your turn to use the scanner.
- 2When prompted, touch the touchpad and slide your finger to the designated point to scan.
- 3The scanner identifies Delsin as a Conduit, triggering a fight against DUP security forces.
- 4Utilize your current abilities: Smoke Shot, Smoke Dash, and Cinder Blast, along with melee attacks. Dodge enemy gunfire and grenades.
- 5To refill your smoke meter, shoot vehicles.
- 6Destroy the towers using your powers, being mindful of a sniper at the second set.
- 7Reggie will inform you about the Mobile Command vehicles, which monitor districts and are located in restricted areas.
- 8Your objective is to destroy the vents on the Mobile Command to expose its power core.
- 9First, eliminate all DUP forces in the area to avoid interruption.
- 10Once the area is clear, shoot the vents on the Mobile Command until the power core is visible.
- 11Jump onto the Mobile Command, hold the touchpad, and repeatedly press R2 to destroy it.
- 12After the Mobile Command is destroyed, a heavily armored DUP soldier with a minigun will appear.
- 13Engage the soldier from a distance, using cover or rooftops to your advantage and to refill your power meter.
- 14When the soldier retreats into a barrier after taking damage, sneak behind him and press the indicated button to perform a takedown.
- 15Approach the downed soldier and attempt to drain him, which will be unsuccessful, concluding the mission.
