Parting of the Ways

At the beginning, proceed forward until you acquire the Smoke Shot power. Aim at and shoot down the flying objects. Use the touchpad to drain a Blast Shard. There are three more Blast Shards nearby. Refill your Smoke power by going near a smoking car on your left and pressing the touchpad when prompted. Shoot down the remaining two flying objects and collect their Blast Shards. The final Blast Shard is on the wall ahead; shoot it first, then collect it. Continue until you reach the bus.

Shoot the concrete slabs blocking the path. If they don't break, open the Powers menu (Options button) and purchase the Cinder Blast ability. Hold R2 to fire the Cinder Blast, which functions like a shotgun. Use it to clear the path, shooting a car to refill your smoke power along the way, until a cutscene triggers.

Continue following the road into a tunnel. You will encounter looters. Use your learned abilities, including melee and Smoke Shot, to defeat them. You can choose to Subdue the last enemy for Good Karma or kill him for Evil Karma. Proceed to the end of the tunnel and exit.

You will emerge in front of a destroyed bridge. Drop down and go to the first Core Relay, which grants the ability to launch Delsin off the top of cars. Use this to reach the next section of the bridge and the next Core Relay, which grants the ability to hover for a short time.

Combine your abilities, such as using Smoke Dash while hovering to cover longer distances. Continue to the end of the bridge. You will see Reggie's bus fall into the water. Hurry to Reggie and automatically rescue him, completing the mission.
